Data we use

ProofPermit stores buyer-chosen aliases, the exact marketing claims submitted for review, selected publication channels and expiry, client decisions, decision timestamps, hashed capability tokens, and the minimum entitlement data needed to create and recover one approval room. Stripe processes Checkout and payment data.

Data that is not permitted

Use role and organization aliases. Do not enter personal contact details, signatures, identity documents, credentials, confidential source data, regulated personal information, or claims that the buyer or client cannot lawfully review and publish.

Purpose

We use the permitted data only to operate ProofPermit, secure access, support the product, and maintain a minimal operational record.

Retention and access

ProofPermit retains the purchased room and its decision history to preserve the publication record, recover access, secure and troubleshoot the service, resolve payment disputes, and meet legal obligations. It does not currently provide self-service deletion or a configurable retention period.

Sharing

We do not sell participant data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate ProofPermit, or when required by law.
