ProofPermit records a product workflow decision. It does not verify a claim, a participant's identity or authority, legal consent, trademark rights, advertising compliance, or the truth of a result, and it does not replace legal review.

One-time purchase

ProofPermit costs $20.00 for the product access described on this page. This is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Purchase cancellation

ProofPermit is a one-time purchase with no subscription or renewal. A completed purchase cannot be canceled; the delivery-failure refund terms apply.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is limited to delivery failure. Retry the exact paid return link once. If ProofPermit still cannot provide the approval room, request support within 14 calendar days. Refunds are not based on whether a client approves a claim, responds, or permits publication. Refunds required by law remain available.

User responsibility

The workspace owner is responsible for following ProofPermit's product instructions, sharing access only with intended participants, and keeping all prohibited data out of the product.

Taxes

Taxes may apply depending on the transaction and jurisdiction. Any tax collected will be shown at Checkout. Stripe may support payment administration, but tax applicability and registration are separate matters.
